Per Aquum Maldives, Sri Lanka Yoga Retreats

Per Aquum is introducing five- and six-day yoga wellness retreats at The Fortress, Sri Lanka, and Huvafen Fushi, Maldives ( www.huvafenfushi.com) this December.

The Fortress Sri Lanka’s (Dec. 4-8 Dec.) six-night program will be led by Yoga author Jessie Chapman at Per Aquum’s newest resort. The program features daily morning Vinyasa yoga practice including meditation and deep full breathing.

Afternoon classes focus on core strength, remedial issues and deep relaxation. Each evening unwinds with yoganidra, a full body guided relaxation to induce a good nights sleep. The package also includes six nights’ luxury accommodation in a Fortress Room, all healthy breakfasts, fresh morning juices, three gourmet lunches, a full spa consultation, choice of three 55-minute tour therapy massages, one bath from the bath menu, a Homeopathic assessment with Dr Ivy Dieltiens, a full Ayurvedic consultation and treatment plus use of all resort facilities.

On Dec. 15-19 at the Huvafen Fushi Maldives, Chapman will lead a daily morning and afternoon yoga sessions. The retreat also includes evening yoganidra for deep restoration and healing, all healthy breakfasts, fresh morning juices, three lunches at Raw spa cuisine restaurant, a full spa consultation, a choice of three 55-minute touch therapy massages including two in the underwater spa rooms, one bath from the bath menu, a one hour wellness consultation, a 30-minute iridology session plus use of all spa facilities including sauna, steam, ice room, gym and Lonu Veyo.
