This $70 side item is the largest potato available on the market. Simply seasoned with salt, pepper and high quality olive oil then wrapped in foil paper and baked, the sublime spud is removed from its casing while still warm and folded with bacon, sour cream, imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and two grams of fresh Alba truffles from Italy. After mixing, the potato is placed back into the skin and topped with an additional seven grams of shaved Alba white truffles. Pure potato decadence!
