Occidental hotels expand in Mexico

The Occidental Hotels and Resorts chain plans to begin new projects in 2008. Besides its foray in the Pacific, the chain has an investment plan of about US$500 to US$600 millions. The project includes the construction of two new hostage centers of the Royal Hideaway brand, one in the Mayan Riviera and the other in Los Cabos, besides the remodeling of the hotel that operates in Cancun.
