ACCOMODATIONS: The Sky Lodge offers 22 exclusive residences boasting spectacular views of Old Town and the majestic Wasatch Mountains. Residences range from 1,260 square feet to over 2,700 square feet of living space, including two- or three-bedroom flats, two-story townhouses (“SkyHomes”), and a three-bedroom penthouse occupying the entire top floor. Selected three-bedroom units feature theater dens that include seating for six, wet bars, and 42-inch flat panel screens.
All residences include grand-entry foyers, open designer kitchens with granite slab countertops, commercial grade appliances, spacious living areas with
fireplaces, and decks with relaxing hot tubs. Residences are equipped with multiple flat panel HDTVs and Bose surround sound systems with iPod cradles. Bedrooms are appointed with Anichini Egyptian cotton 400 thread-count bed linens, custom beds and multi-level lighting. Master baths feature indulgent Kohler soaking tubs, double vanity sinks, European glass showers with multiple shower heads, and stone flooring.
RESTAURANTS: The Sky Lodge features four dining venues on-site: Easy Street Brasserie, Easy Street Bakery, Fin and Zoom. Executing the culinary program at The Sky Lodge are Executive Chef Scott Boberek and Consulting Executive Pastry Chef Mary Cech.
Easy Street Brasserie, located off a pedestrian plaza, is The Sky Lodge’s casual restaurant. Offering a “slider” menu of gourmet mini-burgers, salads showcasing fresh local produce and a four-course tasting menu, all items at Easy Street Brasserie feature a hip, contemporary vibe.
Easy Street Bakery features the exquisite sweet creations of Mary Cech. The bakery will also serve Pete’s coffee, pastries and gelatos.
The resort’s fine dining room, Fin, reflects t
he area’s abundance of fresh seafood, including a signature rotisserie catch-of-the-day. Fin allows Boberek to incorporate luxury ingredients including truffles and caviar into a sophisticated cuisine enhanced by fine wines and spectacular mountain views.
Zoom, a Sundance-owned restaurant, is located at the bottom of historic Main Street, and offers American Continental cuisine with its own distinctive twist.
FITNESS CENTER : Specializing in the ancient ritual of the Japanese bath known as ofuro, the luxurious 5,500 square-foot Amatsu Spa is designed to serve only a handful of guests at any given time, ensuring highly personalized and customized service. The spa features 6 treatment rooms, a reception area with tea and tonic café, stylish locker rooms for women and men, and a Zen-inspired meditation room.
A ground-floor fitness center offers a two-lane indoor lap pool, cutting-edge cardiovascular equipment with individual TVs, and attentive private instructors.
MEETINGS/EVENTS: The Sky Lode offers state-of-the-art conference facilities for small discriminating groups of 35 peop
le or less.
ACTIVITIES: From hitting the slopes for a day of skiing, snowboarding, or cross country skiing on the “Best Snow on Earth,” sleigh rides, ice-skating and snowshoeing, to hiking Park City’s breathtaking trails, horseback riding, and hot air ballooning, guests can find a myriad of actives year round. Guests can also visit historic Main Street to explore the quaint shops and galleries for handmade furniture, books, and art collectables, or explore Utah Olympic Park, home of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, or take part in the annual Sundance Film Festival. Regardless of the activities, the concierge service for The Sky Lodge will help coordinate all plans for members and guests.

Each one of the 22 units at The Sky Lodge accommodates eight owners, all of whom (or their family or friends) are entitled to 35 nights per year in their own residence.
