Las Vegas -After 12 years of offering guests a dining experience beyond the ordinary, Pink Taco celebrates its success with a grand re-opening party, a newly expanded bar and the launch of its new monthly affair known as “Cinco de Taco.”
On Friday, Feb. 1st, Pink Taco invites patrons to join in the festivities during its grand re-opening. Guests will experience the newly extended bar offering an array of well drinks and top shelf liquor. Special guest DJ D-Wrek from MTV’s “Wild ‘N Out” with Nick Cannon will be entertaining the crowd with his turntable beats beginning at 10 p.m. In addition, guests can loosen up with the specialty drink of the night, pink margaritas available for $5 each.
On Tuesday, Feb. 5th, Pink Taco kicks off its exciting new monthly night branded as “Cinco de Taco.”
The monthly occurrence will take place every 5th of each month offering $2 Coronas and Corona Lights, $3 Sauza Hornitos shots, $3.75 Sauza Hornitos margaritas as well as half-off appetizers from 4 p.m. until closing.
“Cinco de Taco” features a live Mariachi band beginning at 6 p.m., and girls dressed in lingerie will be participating in three unique Piñata bashings filled with Love Jones lingerie.
In addition, Pink Taco introduces to guests its new sweet treat, pink fortune tacos.
A rendition of the traditional fortune cookie, pink fortune tacos are shaped like tacos, are pink and contain words of taco wisdom. Select guests who are fortunate enough will receive pink fortune tacos with fortunes valid for exchange of special surprises such as free cocktails.
Offering a dining experience beyond the ordinary, Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes. The menu includes the trademark Pink Taco (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas and black beans, topped with chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado.
For something lighter, there’s the Chicken (or vegetable) Tostada Salad–a shredded salad with chipotle dressing that is a Pink Taco favorite. For a sweet finale to a spicy meal, Pink Taco offers the Crepas de Cajeta – apple-filled crepes covered in caramelized milk.
A mega-hip Mexican cantina, Pink Taco is a folk-art bedecked hotspot adorned classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave guests’ feet dangling and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork that decorate the dining room. The atmosphere includes music that’s pumped up loud where nobody is expected to keep their voices down. Dining out on the patio is an alternative for those looking for a more quiet setti
ng.
Pink Taco kicks it up a notch with its weekday Happy Hour specials that include 2-for-1 beers and house margaritas as well as half-priced appetizers.
