El Al Opens King David Lounge in Newark

El Al, the national airline of Israel, has opened King David Lounge for premium class passengers traveling from Newark Liberty International Airport.

The First/Platinum Business Class Lounge is conveniently located directly across from the El Al terminal, inside the Newark Airport Marriott Hotel. Upon completing check-in at the El Al counters in Terminal B, premium-class passengers are transported to the lounge, door-to-door, via a two-minute complimentary shuttle, which is provided continuously, resulting in no waiting time for passengers.

The lounge features a sectioned off first-class area, free wireless Internet, a pool table, a selection of publications in both Hebrew and English, and several flat-screen televisions. Travelers can refresh by using a shower facility, which is available upon request. The lounge also has a kosher buffet.
