A website to assist passengers who have missed a flight in the UK has been launched today. The company behind the new website www.missedaflight.com claims one in eight travellers miss flights every year. Complaints to the Air Transport Users Council (AUC), the airline industry consumer watchdog, show that missing a flight can cause passengers considerable stress, inconvenience and expense.
