A private train company UnionsExpressen is now offering daily departures between Stockholm and Oslo in renovated 1960s trains. The journey takes a little more than five hours, connecting the capitals of Norway and Sweden.

The rates start at NOK 590 ($112). The train promises to deliver deep seats with wireless internet and power outlets, fine dining and more.

The train’s restaurant coach will offer no coffee machines or snack bars, but will have an à la carte menu, wines and champagnes. On the way between Stockholm and Oslo, UnionsExpressen stops at Södertälje, Hallsberg and Karlstad in Sweden as well as in Kongsvinger and Lillestrøm in Norway.

The trains depart from Stockholm at 4 pm every day except Saturday and from Oslo at 7.17 am every day.
