Iberostar Grand Collection in Canary Islands

The property is the newest hotel to Iberostar’s luxury line, the Grand Collection and opened on Jan. 1, 2009.
It is the second Grand Collection property to open in Tenerife, joining the Grand Hotel Anthelia. Located by the El Duque beach, the Iberostar Grand Hotel El Mirador features 126 rooms on six floors.
Each room offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and combines modern amenities such as Internet and wireless access with touches, such as four-poster beds. The Presidential Suite boasts a large terrace and private jacuzzi, and the Royal Suite on the top floor offers panoramic ocean views and a magnificent terrace jacuzzi.
Iberostar also provides a private area for VIP guests, La Balconada. Located on the first floor, La Balconada includes 11 rooms, a sun terrace, a swimming pool, private gardens and 24-hour room service.
Guests can also enjoy fine dining at the five-star buffet restaurant, an á la carte restaurant, the La Pergola Beach Club, and an Oriental-themed restaurant.
There is also a snack bar for those guests looking for a quick bite. The resort features table tennis, a gym and squash, all free of charge.
Sporting enthusiasts who want to explore the area can make the most of nearby activities including golf, yachting, jet skis, beach volleyball, mountain biking and diving.
