Each Italian villa, farmhouse and estate in their Portfolio is selected for the unique combination of location, amenities, service, price and quality it offers guests of Homebase Abroad. This evaluation is more qualitative than quantitative and they devote extensive time and attention to each home selected.

Homebase Abroad work exclusively with private homeowners who make their countryside, seaside or lakeside homes available through us for select rentals. They know the homeowners as friends and in many cases have worked with them for more than ten years. They also know each home intimately, visiting at least once a year and staying as guests ourselves whenever possible.
