Elegant Cruises is offering savings for all 2009 “Venice & the Dalmatian Coast” cruises with half-off fares for the second person in a stateroom and lowered single supplements.
The single supplement has been reduced to 25 percent for staterooms and 50 percent for suites.
The cruises are operated by the Monet, a 62-passenger yacht-like ship owned by Elegant.
According to Tatjana Stanovic, executive vice president of Elegant Cruises & Tours, the savings apply to 18 departures April through October.
Passengers can choose seven-night itineraries roundtrip from Venice or between Venice and Dubrovnik.
Croatian ports of call include Split, Dubrovnik, Korcula, Zadar, Mljet and Ploce, for Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Overnights are scheduled in Dubrovnik, Split and Venice on all departures and an additional overnight at the island of Korcula on the one-way itineraries.
“The Dalmatian Coast may be an emerging new destination for other lines, but it is home to Elegant and the Monet,” Stanovic said. “We’ve been bringing travelers here for 21 years.
Our expertise and heritage are reflected in the fully multi-lingual Croatian crew, the regional cuisine, local wines and local entertainment.”
Cruise-only rates begin at $2,895 per person with the second passenger at $1,448, including complimentary house wine and beer at lunch and dinner. Group rates and full-ship charters are also available.
