Aruba’s recently expanded and renovated Divi Aruba Phoenix hotel has announced the opening of its new open-air beachfront restaurant, Pure Beach.

The stylish and sophisticated restaurant, with modern fresh white décor serves international cuisine and features flavors from across the globe including Grouper with Mango Saffron Lemon Curry Dip as well as gourmet twists on classic dishes like Kobe Sliders with Foie Grass Mousse and a Truffle Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Click Here for Your BEACH GEARThe US$40 million dollar extension of the Divi Aruba Phoenix opened in December 2008. Located on Aruba’s Palm Beach, the new development doubled the size of the existing resort and includes four eight-storey buildings housing 140 new luxurious suites.
