Chef Alain Ducasse’s L’Andana hotel in Tuscany is now offering a special package for those planning their next meetings and conferences, now through Dec. 28 as well as from March 4 to April 29. L’Andana’s Meetings & Conferences packages includes accommodation in a Deluxe Double with a welcome drink and in-room gift upon arrival, a welcome dinner at Alain Ducasse’s Michelin-starred restaurant on the property Trattoria Toscana paired with wines from the hotel’s own collection, as well as daily Tuscan breakfast buffet, a spa treatment per person courtesy of L’Andana’s 6,000-square-food ESPA spa, and complimentary use of the property’s golf driving range and tennis court.

The package also includes business lunch and coffee, as well as use of L’Andana’s meeting rooms, which can be equipped to suit one’s meeting and conference needs, including projector screens, video projectors, microphones, laptop, Wi-Fi Internet, and flowers.

For those staying two nights or more, a complimentary transfer service to and from the main surrounding airports (Rome, Pisa, or Florence) is available for groups of up to 30 people.

Formerly the Duke of Tuscany’s hunting lodge, L’Andana is situated on the 1,240-acre Tenuta La Badiola estate in the Maremma region of Tuscany. The inn features 33 guestrooms and suites, as well as 14 additional suites just recently completed, each decorated by architect Ettore Mocchetti with views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.

A barn houses the Michelin-starred Trattoria Toscana which features a menu of traditional Tuscan cuisine prepared with local fruits, vegetables, olive oil, herbs and wine, much of which are produced and cultivated on or near the property itself. The restaurant is overseen by Executive Chef Christophe Martin, formerly of the Louis XV, Alain Ducasse’s three Michelin-starred restaurants in Monaco.

L’Andana also has a full-service 6,000-square-foot ESPA spa complete with treatments and a spa cuisine menu designed to enhance the experience.

There are opportunities to explore the region, from horseback riding, a cruise aboard L’Andana’s Viriella yacht to a tour of the nearby wineries.

And, with a chapel on the grounds, L’Andana can also serve as the ideal setting for a destination wedding. L’Andana’s Meetings & Conferences Package is 365 euros ($546) per person.
