San Luis Obispo has announced its schedule of autumn events. The annual San Luis Obispo Vintner’s Harvest Celebration takes place Nov. 6 to 8.

The event includes a grand tasting of more than 50 of the Central Coast’s wineries and restaurants at the Avila Beach Golf Resort on Saturday, followed by winery open house events throughout San Luis Obispo’s Edna Valley AVA on Sunday.

REI.com for GiftsFor outdoors enthusiasts, Wine Vine Run Half Marathon and 5K, takes place Nov. 15.

The Second Annual Turkey Festival on Lopez Lake with hay rides, fun runs, and nature boat rides, also takes place Nov. 15.

And the Festival Mozaic WinterMezzo Series, which takes place Nov. 6 to 8, features fine food, wine, and intimate performances of chamber music by nationally renowned guest artists.
