“CA FOSCARI” TOUR. THE UNIVERSITY OPENS THE PALACE
The University of Venice, located in the historic palazzo Ca ‘Foscari, opens to the public for the first time.
The magnificent building in Venetian Gothic style, which overlooks the Grand Canal, now reveals its gardens, the beautiful Aula Magna, the frescoes of Sironi and De Luigi and other treasures recently found during its restoration to the public.
Guided tours in Italian and English will allow a new path between art and history of a city jewel that continues to give surprises.
