To commemorate Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s 20th anniversary, the hotel has prepared a series of celebration events dedicated to the local community in appreciation to their enormous support in the past two decades.

Brand New Asian Buffet at Grand Café

Starting 13 November, Grand Café will introduce a brand new buffet dinner featuring Asian delights. Available nightly, the buffet showcases a variety of dishes including refreshing appetizers and salads, seafood bar, Japanese corner, Chinese carving, gourmet dim sum, interactive noodle station, hot Asian specialities and homemade desserts. The buffet dinner is available every evening from 6:30pm to 10pm.

Tiffin’s Royal Danish Gourmet Festival

From 23 to 28 November, Tiffin is proud to present the Royal Danish Gourmet Festival featuring Guest Chef Jesper Paustian from Copenhagen. A selection of classical Danish dishes and Chef Jesper’s unique creation will be introduced at the lunch buffet from 12noon to 2:30pm.
