Young Island Resort in the multi-island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is offering one free night for every paid night when guests reserve the breakfast plus dinner meal plan.

Couples who book the seven-night Lover’s package will only pay for five nights.

These limited-time specials are valid for travel from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2010.

Young Island Resort is located right off the southern coast of the main island of St. Vincent — a three-minute water taxi ride away. Guests are greeted on the dock with a glass of the resort’s signature rum punch.

The resort features beachfront or hillside cottages with an ocean view, a quaint swimming pool amidst lush grounds and a white sand beach.

Guests can snorkel in crystal clear waters right off shore, embark on a sailing trip to neighboring Grenadine islands, or book a dive excursion to explore St. Vincent’s underwater world.

A perfect start to an evening is a dinner under a thatched kiosk near the beach, where savory meals are accompanied by the resort’s signature six loaves of bread — white, coconut, banana, raisin, cinnamon and whole wheat.

Winter 2010 rates start at $532 per person per night, and include airport and ferry transfers, non-motorized water sports, day or night tennis, basic laundry, taxes and service charges. The Lover’s package starts at $2,792 per couple and also includes three meals per day and a foot massage per couple.
