It has a large, open deck spaces with full walk-around possibilities.

The vessel measures 267 feet in length and 43 feet in breadth and is equipped with a diesel-electric propulsion system that reduces the noise and vibration of the engines. The vessel is ice-strengthened and was specially built for oceanographic voyages.
