MGM Mirage is offering a Las Vegas Values program during February.

At Luxor (877-386-4658, www.luxor.com ), a three-course dinner at Tender Steak & Seafood is priced at $39 per person. At Mandalay Bay (877-632-7800, www.mandalaybay.com ), Lupo by Wolfgang Puck is offering a four-course menu at $55 per person. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand (877-880-0880, www.mgmgrand.com ) is offering a L’Unique menu, priced at $39, with three courses served simultaneously in a bento box. The menu changes weekly and includes a variety of French bistro-style selections.

The Spa at New York-New York (866-815-4365, www.nynyhotelcasino.com ) is offering a 25-, 50- or 75-minute Sweet Embrace massage, starting at $70 per person.

The 45-minute Organic SpaRitual for Hands at Vdara (866-745-7767, www.vdara.com ) Health & Beauty is priced at $45 and uses micro-algae and mineral salt infused with Indonesian ginger. At Salon Bellagio (888-987-6667, www.bellagio.com ), a $40 Traditional Shave for men starts with a facial massage followed by a traditional straight razor shave and an after-shave balm.

For weddings, Excalibur’s (877-750-5464, www.excalibur.com ) Canterbury Wedding Chapel is offering a Vegas Wedding, priced at $254 excluding tax. Included are a seasonal bouquet and boutonniere, 30 minutes of chapel time, a minister and a photographer. At Circus Circus’ (800-634-3450, www.circuscircus.com )

Chapel of the Fountain, the Traditional Wedding, priced at $281, includes a garter and bouquet for the bride, a boutonniere for the groom, 30 minutes of chapel time, a minister, a photographer and 10 4-by-6-inch photos.

At Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at The Mirage (800-374-9000, www.mirage.com ), the Trainer for a Day program provides participants with the chance to work side by side with animal care experts and a family of Atlantic bottlenose dolphins for a 10 percent discount off the regular price of $550 during February.
