The Fattal Hotels Group became Israel’s largest hotel chain this month after acquiring 12 hotels from Azorim Tourism. Fattal owns and operates 27 hotels in Israel in such areas as Eilat, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, the Galilee and Tiberias. www.fattal.co.il
