A brilliant backdrop for the surfing set, Haida Gwaii, formerly the Queen Charlotte Islands, revels in its great outdoors: here a rich First Nations culture defines a landscape that boasts quaint villages, secluded inlets, sandy beaches and temperate rainforest.
