Great Texas Rates_160x600_6.28.04The new dining concept at the Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour, Restaurant TwentyTen, opened on Oct. 20, 2010.

Restaurant TwentyTen is based around a seasonal, fresh and locally sourced food ethos and is overseen by head Chef Will Colmenares.

A signature “Tasting Table” together with a full à la carte menu means guests at Restaurant TwentyTen will enjoy flexible, modern dining, choosing the kind of dining experience they desire.

At breakfast, the tasting table will feature a selection of pastries, hot and cold cereals, in-house made granola and a “fruit chef” who will cut fruits and create fruit juices on request to provide a healthy start to the day.

The lunch tasting table will feature specialty salads and a menu of international and local main courses including daily seafood selections and farm-fresh produce.

This will run alongside the à la carte menu, a key feature of which is the Aberdeen beef, aged for 28 days.

Dinner will offer another interpretation of the tasting table with complimentary hors d’oeuvres, followed by varied main dishes.

The à la carte menu will feature global influences, but use classic technique and feature seasonal specialties.

Restaurant TwentyTen, which highlights local cuisine and the freshest produce available, will continue to evolve and next year will become Restaurant TwentyEleven, featuring guest chefs from around the world to further embrace the concept.
