Mangrove Galapagos Lodges of Ecuadorhas changed its name to Red Mangrove Galapagos and Ecuador Lodges to “better reflect growing program development on the mainland” according to the company.

This year the company added its fourth lodge, Red Mangrove Samai Lodge on the PacificCoast, and has three other lodges in the Galapagos Islands of Santa Cruz, Floreana and Isabela.

“We want to encourage Galapagos visitors to also experience the magic of mainland Ecuador while they’re so close,” said Hernan Rodas, the lodging company’s owner and founder.
