American 5@5 Happy Hour Prices in December

American Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection will offer cocktails, wine and beer at a discounted price of $5 starting Dec. 1.
Throughout December, the 5@5 happy hour will be available onboard domestic, Canada, Caribbean and Mexico flights scheduled to depart between 5 p.m. and 5:59 p.m.
Customers will enjoy a savings of $1 on beer and $2 on liquor and wine as a thank you for their loyalty.
Happy hour prices will be offered for the duration of the flight. As always, American serves complimentary non-alcoholic beverages onboard.
“As we wrap up the year, we want to show our customers that we appreciate their business. Offering an in-flight happy hour is our small way of saying thank you,” said Rob Friedman, American’s vice president, marketing.
For customers who wish to purchase food onboard, a choice of snack items is available in the Economy Class cabin on select American Airlines flights.
Snack items available for purchase in flight vary, but may include a fruit and nut blend, cheese and cracker snack tray, Lay’s Stax Potato Crisps, or a MegaBite Cookie.
On flights of three hours or longer, fresh meal options may include a breakfast café croissant sandwich, breakfast café snack tray, and Boston Market sandwiches and salads.
Air France Special Fare on New Orlando-Paris Flight

To celebrate the opening of its newest U.S. gateway, Air France is offering flights to Paris for an enticing price for travelers in the greater Orlando community.
Starting on June 7, Air France will begin operating flights on a codeshare basis with Delta from Orlando to its Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub.
The flights will be operated within the framework of the trans-Atlantic joint venture agreement signed in May 2009 between Air France, KLM and Delta and enlarged to Alitalia in July 2010.
Under the terms of this agreement, the partners jointly operate and share the revenues and costs of their transatlantic routes.
There will be three weekly flights between Orlando and Paris Charles de Gaulle (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) and will be operated by a Boeing 777-300 with 472 seats.
The sale starts at $599 each way.
Fares are based on roundtrip purchase and must be purchased by Nov. 30 and are valid for outbound travel from between July 6 through Aug. 31.
Fuel surcharge is included in fares. Tickets require a minimum Sunday night stay and a maximum one month stay is permitted. Fuel surcharge is included in fares. Government imposed fees and taxes of approximately $80 to $150 are additional, including Sept. 11 Security Fee of up to $10 per round-trip. Changes are permitted for a $250 fee.

Star Clippers Free Air, $1,000 Savings on Med Sailings

Star Clippers is offering free air from select cities and $1,000 savings on seven Grand Mediterranean sailings aboard the Royal Clipper, the Star Clipper and the Star Flyer in 2011.

The ship’s June 11 and Aug. 20 sailings cruise between Athens, Greece, and Monte Carlo, calling at 11 ports in Tunisia, Italy, Malta, Sardinia and Greece. Star Flyer’s Oct. 1 sailing from Monte Carlo to Malaga, Spain, calls at 11 ports in Corsica, Sardinia, Italy, France, the Balearic Islands and Spain.
Star Clipper departs Oct. 8 on a 14-night sailing from Athens to Malaga, with 10 port calls in Greece, Italy, the Balearic Islands, Spain and Tunisia.
Star Clipper also sails the longest Grand Mediterranean voyage of the season — a 21-night cruise from Athens to Las Palmas, Grand Canary, Spain.
With 15 ports of call in Greece, Italy, Malta, Tunisia, Spain, the Balearic Islands and Morocco, guests are sure to enjoy the wide-reaching exploration of the region.
