Red Mangrove Galapagos and Ecuador Lodges

Red Mangrove Galapagos and Ecuador Lodges will open its the nine-room Santa Cruz Divers Lodge in Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island, and its five-room Isabela Divers Lodge in Puerto Villamil on Isabela Island in the Galapagos later this month.
The new lodges bring to six the number of lodges owned and operated by Red Mangrove Galapagos and Ecuador Lodges, including five island-based accommodations with a total of 46 rooms and the Red Mangrove Samai Lodge on mainland Ecuador, featuring 11 guest rooms.
The resorts offer sustainable, small, island-based accommodations across the Galapagos for multi-island, land-based dive packages. Plans are also in place for a dive academy, now under construction with completion scheduled for spring 2011.
All-inclusive packages are priced at $943.50 per person for three nights, including a 25 percent discount for ages 10 and under, and include meals, soft drinks, excursions with naturalist guides, free use of bikes on some islands, and use of snorkeling gear and diving equipment (except for dive computers, which can be rented separately).
Red Mangrove Galapagos and Ecuador Lodges also feature week-long, land-based dive programs.
Beginning divers may get their Open Water Certification and seasoned divers can obtain advanced certification and specialty certifications including underwater photography.
