Running Buddies at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas are experienced athletes, often with competitive racing experience, and they will tailor each run or jog to suit the fitness level and timing of the individual traveler.

After an accompanied run of up to one hour, the guest will return to The Ritz-Carlton Spa for a 50- or 80-minute Fitness and Sports Massage — a customized athlete’s therapy that addresses pain and trigger points related to muscle stress and sports injuries.

An ideal selection for runners, golfers, tennis players, and weekend warriors, the spa’s Fitness and Sports Massage is a favorite among local runners and utilizes friction, deep compression and stretching to ease muscle fatigue and soreness.

Run and Recover at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dallas is priced at $205 for a one-hour run with a Running Buddy followed by a 50-minute Fitness and Sports Massage, or $235 for a one-hour run and 80-minute massage.
