St. Regis Thailand Hotel in Bangkok

The new hotel, developed by Rajadamri Lodging Limited, an affiliate of Minor International Public Company Limited, is situated on Rajadamri Road in the heart of the city and is 47 stories high.
Designed by Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, The St. Regis Bangkok features 227 guestrooms including 51 suites, and 53 residences. The hotel will also be the first hotel in Bangkok to introduce butler service to all its guests in addition to the first Elemis Spa and ZUMA restaurant in Thailand. The guest rooms and suites at the St. Regis will range in size from 45 to 250 square meters. Each room features floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the city skyline and the greenery of the local parks and golf course. The natural wooden floors are accented with carpets and upholstery, and the guest rooms feature beds with 300-count Egyptian linens, bath towels and robes, flat screen cable televisions and wireless internet access. Viu is the international grill restaurant located on the 12th floor next to the Sky Lounge. JoJo, an Italian dining venue offers diners a taste of authentic Italian cuisine and fine wines. The Drawing Room serves afternoon tea and poolside dining and cocktails are available in an alfresco setting at Pool Bar. The St. Regis Bangkok will also feature the first ZUMA restaurant in Thailand this July. American New Domestic, International Service

The flights to and from Los Angeles will be timed for an easy connection to American’s new Los Angeles-Shanghai service.
American Airlines and its oneworld partners are offering new and enhanced service between the East Coast and the European cities of Budapest, Hungary, and Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. The new service is part of a series of recent and upcoming additional flights, as well as improved schedules, between the United States and global destinations that are being delivered by American and its fellow oneworld partners British Airways and Iberia.
The new service includes new daily nonstop service from John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport to Budapest Ferihegy International Airport, Hungary, expanded service from JFK to Barcelona’s El Prat Airport from seven to 11 nonstop flights per week beginning April 6 and increased service from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Madrid’s Barajas Airport from seven to 13 nonstop flights per week beginning on April 6. American Nonstop Daily L.A.-Shanghai Service
April 7, 2011 on 6:48 am | In Airlines, Asia, China, Los Angeles | Comments OffAmerican Airlines and its regional affiliate American Eagle have launched a significant service expansion from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with 10 new destinations, including new daily nonstop service to Shanghai. American is the first U.S. airline to offer daily nonstop service from Los Angeles to Shanghai, the largest U.S.-China air travel market.
The new service is part of a series of recent and upcoming flights, as well as improved schedules, between the United States and global destinations that are being delivered by American and its fellow oneworld Alliance partners British Airways and Iberia Airlines.
American Eagle also is launching nine new daily domestic destinations from LAX. American Eagle is introducing new two-class service to Denver and four of the new routes — Houston, Oklahoma City, Phoenix and Albuquerque, N.M. The service features a First Class cabin, with premium food and beverage service, and nine newly designed seats that offer adjustable headrests and ergonomically contoured back and seat cushions on the CRJ-700 aircraft.
American also will add seven additional daily flights from LAX, including two additional flights each to Dallas/Fort Worth and Miami and one additional flight each to Chicago, Las Vegas and Orlando, Fla.
In addition to the new routes, American continues to offer customers more travel options and opportunities to earn AAdvantage miles at LAX and on the West Coast through the expansion of its trans-Pacific agreement with Japan Airlines and its trans-Atlantic joint business with British Airways and Iberia Airlines:
Iberia Airlines on March 28 began service between Los Angeles and Madrid — the only nonstop service between these two global business and financial centers. British Airways will offer the only nonstop flight from San Diego to London when the airline begins service on June 1.
