Since the Bahama Beach Club provides fully-equipped kitchens, the club can arrange for one of its chefs to prepare a gourmet meal in the privacy of your own villa or served in a romantic pool- or seaside setting.
Another fabulous dining option at the Bahama Beach Club includes the brand new Pavilion restaurant – a glass-enclosed, waterfront dining experience that serves a selection of fresh conch items, including chowder and salads, as well as daily caught fish and scallops and a delicious bread pudding for dessert made with a coconut and pineapple sauce.
Ideal for romantic getaways, family gatherings and destination weddings, the Bahama Beach Club is located in the charming seaside village of Treasure Cay on Great Abaco Island, part of the Abacos – a chain of about 100 tropical isles in the northern Bahamas known for its “island hopping.” The Abacos are renowned for their velvety soft sands, translucent blue waters and friendly, laid-back atmosphere.
You won’t find big box stores or noisy nightlife on the isles. Instead the Abacos are about unwinding under the sun, surf and palm trees. The preferred methods of transportation are by foot or bike giving the isles a casual, peaceful feel. Bicycles golf carts and cars can be rented and taxis are available at all times. Many local restaurants provide complimentary taxi service for dinners. Boats can also be rented or you can travel by scheduled ferry service to New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay and Hope Town on Elbow Cay.
Divers also flock to the Abacos for some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world off the Abaco Great Barrier Reef, which includes miles of coral reefs and underwater caverns.
Bahama Beach Club is convenient to two international airports: seven miles from the Treasure Cay Airport (TCB) and some 21 miles from the Marsh Harbour Airport (MHH). For more information, visit www.bahamabeachclub.com or call toll-free 800.284.0382.

For visitors looking for a romantic sunset setting, a fun family outing or the opportunity to learn from certified experts, San Diego offers numerous options for the most skilled or novice sailing enthusiasts.
The following are just a few of the ways sailing enthusiasts can take to San Diego’s picture-perfect waters for an unparalleled maritime adventure.
Popular Tours and Cruises
A visit to San Diego wouldn’t be complete without sailing along the Pacific coastline to enjoy the breathtaking views. From intimate jaunts around San Diego Bay to leisurely dinner cruises under the stars, a number of San Diego sailing companies offer tours to fit a variety of interests and experiences.
San Diego was selected as a host city for the 2011 America’s Cup World Series races, Nov. 12-20, 2011, and visitors to the region can have their own thrilling America’s Cup adventure with Sail-USA 11.
Guests can be part of the crew or just relax while others hoist the sails during an exciting 3-hour ride aboard the Stars and Stripes USA-11, the yacht raced by Dennis Conner during the 1992 America’s Cup in San Diego.
Shelter Island Sailing offers six charter cruises daily. Guests leave Shelter Island and head into scenic San Diego Bay for a 4-hour dinner cruise that showcases all the major ships and military aircraft along downtown’s Embarcadero and Coronado’s Naval Air Station North Island. From December through March, guests can also silently enjoy the wonders of the California grey whale’s migration to the warm breeding grounds of Mexico on half-day whale watching tours aboard wind-powered vessels. Chartered fishing trips and cruises lasting one to seven days are also offered to explore the beauty of the Los Coronado Islands in Mexico; guests can also venture to Catalina Island or sail in San Diego’s picturesque Mission Bay.
Visitors can explore the landmarks along San Diego Bay with Next Level Sailing. An affordable 2-hour trip allows guests to experience the thrill of sailing on two 80-foot International America’s Cup Class racing yachts, among the fastest mono-hull sailing vessels in the world.
Sail San Diego provides guests a combination of luxury and fun. Offering sailing, whale watching and fishing excursions, guests can enjoy romantic sunset cruises or interactive family adventures. Whale watching tours during December through March last two hours, and guests get the thrill of seeing other marine life including dolphins and sea lions.
