Our dedicated Guest Service Officers will greet the guest with their cheerful smiles and warm welcome at the air-bridge, with a placard bearing the guest name or a company logo. Escort them through immigration and customs, facilitate with airport formalities and the luggage. The guest will then be guided to our limousine or any pre-arranged ground transportation by the guest right to their destination with such comfort and ease.
For departing guests, our Guest Service Officers can arrange for a limousine to pick them up at the hotel, assist with the luggage and swiftly take them to the airport. Alternately, we can meet them at the Departure drop-off zone of their departure flight at all Terminals (Terminal 1, 2 and 3 or Budget Terminal), make them feel welcome and ease them through the airport formalities.
Guests who wish to stay away from the airport crowds and enjoy a pre-flight relaxation; we can also take them to the cozy airport lounge. Until it is time for boarding, our Guest Service Officer will complete the fond farewell by assisting them all the way to the boarding gate.
