Hampton Hotels, a global brand of nearly 1,900 hotels, is opening its latest property, the 188-room Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport.

The hotel is just under a mile from the main airport terminal.

Ease of access to Central London is also guaranteed, with the adjacent Luton Airport Parkway train station running regular high-speed services to London St. Pancras.

The site is located a short distance from Capability Green Business Park, providing a venue for meetings and events with facilities including two state-of-the-art meeting rooms able to accommodate a total of 24 delegates.

“London Luton Airport continues to see more and more traffic pass through its doors every year,” said Simon Vincent, area president, EMEA, Hilton Worldwide.

“With 85 percent of the airport’s passengers traveling via low-cost airlines, our mid-market brand offering has already succeeded in striking a chord amongst this growing passenger group.

Hilton Garden Inn Luton North won three titles at this year’s Holiday Extras Awards and this fantastic new Hampton by Hilton allows us to build an unrivalled presence in a market undergoing sustained growth.”

The Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport is the 10th Hampton property open in the U.K., ahead of nine more Hampton hotels slated to be opened in the country and more than 40 Hampton by Hilton properties in the pipeline across Europe.

Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport’s rooms are equipped with the Clean and Fresh Hampton Bed, contemporary bathrooms, 32-inch TVs and laptop safes. Hampton Hotels participates in Hilton HHonors, the only hotel rewards program that offers Points & Miles for the same stay and no black-out dates to redeem rewards. The brand this year celebrated the landmark opening of Hampton by Hilton at St. George’s Park, Burton on Trent, at the Football Association’s multimillion-pound National Football Centre.
