Australian accommodation provider, Mantra Group, has launched a comprehensive program of offerings to service long-term stays of 28 days or more, inviting guests to not just stay at Mantra but to ‘live@Mantra’.
The ‘live@Mantra’ long term stay program offers competitive discounts of up to 50% off daily rates; no special event charges should stays occur over these periods; personalised service including a welcome grocery pack to ease into the first week; and a dedicated hotel manager to arrange any additional home comforts. These extras combined with the spacious self-contained apartment style accommodation at Mantra properties offer long term guests the perfect base.
There are even some personal touches like a digital photo frame to keep your loved ones close and a list of “28 local secrets for 28 night stays” for the region to ensure guests live like a local during their stay. The list caters to both the single traveller and families, just like the live@Mantra hotels and offerings. A full list of the program benefits are available at www.liveatmantra.com.au or via the live@Mantra team on +617 5665 4455 or email email@example.com
With 18 Mantra hotels in the live@Mantra long term stay program situated in all mainland Australian capital cities – including nine hotels in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane – and key regional hubs such as the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns the diversity of locations means there is a long stay solution in all key hubs.
Mantra Group’s Director of Corporate Sales, Kyle Wallwork, said the new live@Mantra initiative is a result of research undertaken with relocation companies and clients from industries with a high ratio of long stay requirements.
“Because of the nature of our apartment product, Mantra has always been top of mind for long term stays; but growth in the long term 28-plus night accommodation market has seen a dramatic pick up – for example, in the first quarter of 2013 we have confirmed nearly 40% of the total room nights booked by long terms stays for the entire year in 2012.
“Industry feedback from relocation companies who assist 457 Visa workers; clients from industries such as the mining resources sector, the legal industry and government departments; and travel management bookers with long term stay needs provided us with an excellent blueprint for the live@Mantra program and we were able to implement their requests from a service, rate and product perspective.”
In addition to the special rates and services offered, the live@Mantra program also offers a single point of contact for multiple hotel quoting and quick quote turnaround of 4 hours within business working hours.
The “28 local secrets for 28 night stays” list was also created as a result of continued feedback that long term stay guests like to feel part of the community and seek assistance and suggestions in ‘living like a local’.
Guests of Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney, for example, might like to jump on a ferry to Watson’s Bay for fish & chips by the water or take a morning run on the Fleet Steps at Mrs Macquarie’s Point; while guests at Mantra on Queen Brisbane sip cocktails at Cloudland or take some cooking classes at James Street Cooking School; and in Melbourne, Mantra on Russell’s insights into the city’s food and wine scene is spot on with suggestions for breakfast on Hardware Lane, the best Italian on Lygon Street and after dinner drinks at the quirky Croft Institute.
In addition to the 18 Mantra hotels in the program, selected hotels from Mantra Group\’s other brands – Peppers and BreakFree – are also on offer. Peppers Broadbeach on the Gold Coast and Peppers Seaport in Launceston offer deluxe style apartment accommodation and four BreakFree hotels in Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra offer simple, comfortable accommodation with competitive price points. Visit www.liveatmantragroup.com.au for further details.
Special discounts of up to 30% off daily rate are also available for stay from 14 nights and over at the participating long stay properties.
