Iconic New York City Hotel Curates Memorable Experiences For Guests

 New York, NY ( Loews Regency New York Hotel is pleased to announce Park Avenue Perks, a series of special seasonal offerings for guests at Midtown Manhattan’s landmark hotel. The new program offers patrons unique experiences during their stay, at the hotel and around New York City, that range from exclusive access to fashion shows during CFDA Fashion Week: Men’s to a Friday night music series in The Regency Bar & Grill, and even complimentary tickets to a festival presented by the Film Society of Lincoln Center and The Museum of Modern Art.

FEBRUARY

 It’s Awards Season!

Guests can unwind and indulge in The Regency Bar & Grill while watching the highly-anticipated  88th Academy Awards on Sunday, February 28. Hotel guests in attendance will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco to sip on during the screenings.

Park Avenue Performances

Loews Regency New York Hotel presents the Park Avenue Performances Friday Night Music Series. Notable Jazz trumpeter and vocalist, Jumaane Smith, best known as Michael Buble’s lead trumpeter, will delight guests each Friday evening with an unforgettable performance. Starting at 6 p.m. every Friday throughout the month of February at The Regency Bar & Grill, hotel guests and New Yorkers alike can relax to the smooth sounds of Jazz. Reservations are recommended.


Complimentary Body Age Assessment

Wellness-enthusiasts staying at the hotel can discover their actual body age by making a complimentary appointment with Christine De Almeida, Julien Farel’s Master Trainer, for a private physical assessment. Personal consultations can be made by calling the Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa.

 Earth Hour

To encourage green practices and support the environment, Loews Regency New York Hotel invites guests to participate in Earth Hour on March 19 at 8:30 p.m. At this time, the hotel will ask guests to turn off the lights in their room for one hour, while the hotel will be dimming the lights in The Regency Bar & Grill as well as the back-of-house. For every guest room that participates in Earth Hour, Loews Regency New York will make a five dollar donation to the World Wildlife Fund, the philanthropic partner of Earth Day.

New Director’s Film Festival

As proud sponsors of the Film Society of Lincoln Center, Loews Regency New York Hotel is offering exclusive access to the 45th edition of the New Director’s Film Festival presented by the Film Society of Lincoln Center and The Museum of Modern Art.  The festival, taking place from March 16-27, is dedicated to the discovery of new works by emerging and dynamic filmmaking talent, and this year promises an extremely exciting line-up.  Guests can call or visit the Concierge for ticket options.

Easter

Loews Regency New York Hotel will host a festive, complimentary Easter Egg Hunt in the lobby at 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday, March 27, offering a family-friendly activity to guests traveling with children.
