In the family’s charming 15th-century home in Chagny, Jacques Lameloise, owner and chef of Michelin three-star rated Lameloise, prepares a special menu gourmand of seasonal Burgundian specialties servedwith the finest vintages of the Côte de Beaune and Chalonnais regions. Aboard the barge, sumptuous four-course dinners, blending classic cooking techniques with the trend towards lighter, healthier dishes, are served with a selection of top wines including many from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Breakfasts and lunches are equally tempting and served buffet style.
