Volcanoes Safaris opens two newly refurbished deluxe Bandas at Bwindi Lodge in Uganda
Sheltered in the depths of Uganda’s Impenetrable forest, Bwindi Lodge’s newly refurbished Bandas are Uganda’s hippest hidden hideaways. Offering visitors breath taking views of the remote Buhoma landscape and unrivalled access to some of the world’s rarest primates, Bwindi’s re-imagined bandas also offer another level of comfort and style for discerning adventurers.

Its eco-friendly features reflect the local building style, and use solar energy and environmentally friendly materials like grass thatching and bamboo.
Originally opened in 1999 as a simple tented camp, the eco-luxe Bwindi Lodge has evolved over the years.
