JetBlue’s premium Mint service is coming to Palm Springs, CA for the peak holiday season.
The service takes off for SoCal from New York JFK from December 21, 2017 through January 3, 2018.
It represents the only scheduled service with lie-flat seating to the city, JetBlue says.
“With Palm Springs Mint flights our customers looking for a West Coast warm-up or an East Coast escape can elevate their travel experience this holiday season with lie flat seats, tapas style dining, curated wines and much, much more,” said Marty St. George, executive vice president commercial and planning, JetBlue.
“Nothing says style and service like JetBlue Mint between New York and Palm Springs.”
The route, which kicks off its third season on November 16, 2017, is served by JetBlue’s new Airbus A321 aircraft.
JetBlue says it has seen a 48% jump on numbers on the route.
The seasonal service continues through May 1, 2018.
“JetBlue’s addition of its successful Mint premium experience during this important flight period underscores the personalized service and luxury that defines both the airline and the visitor experience in Greater Palm Springs,” said Scott White, president & CEO of the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau.
