JetBlue Airways has unveiled a new refreshed website which it says is better optimized for a variety of devices and provides ease of navigation.
The redesigned jetblue.com follows the recent mobile app refresh and with integrated cloud services, it offers users faster loading and a more reliable service.
Additional functionality is coming soon which includes integration with Apple Pay, a streamlined express check-in feature, web chat for customer service and additional tools for TrueBlue members.
“We are thrilled to offer this fresh new site to our customers, curating a simple and personalized travel experience from the moment they start planning their trip,” said Maryssa Miller, JetBlue’s director of IT digital & customer products.
“While we know customers will see immediate benefits in the new design, we’re truly excited by the platform we have established. The future of travel is evolving and we’re well positioned to adapt and grow.”
The new look was created in partnership with digital design agency Big Spaceship, and features new fonts, color and design patterns.
The airline is part-way through a three-year digital transformation with a goal to redesign the booking experience and add more self-service options via mobile like the ability to retrieve boarding passes, change or cancel flights, and add ancillary services.
