Emerald Waterways has introduced a new customer loyalty program called EmeraldEXPLORER. The program will use a tiered points system to reward guests for every cruise completed.All Emerald Waterways guests will be automatically enrolled in the EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty club after their first sailing. They’ll earn points based on itineraries and cabin types.
As an example, a guest sailing on any European cruise will earn 140 points daily for a stateroom, and up to 190 points daily for a Grand Balcony or Owner’s One Bedroom Suite.
Loyalty points are available on all Emerald Waterways sailings in Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia as well on as the new Dalmatian Coast yacht cruises.
All guests will start out at the Silver membership level. Rewards include a $200 per person welcome home voucher toward any future sailing and a Silver Emerald Waterways backpack. The EmeraldEXPLORER Gold level rewards guests with a Gold Emerald Waterways backpack or satchel, in addition to the Silver level perks.
EmeraldEXPLORER Diamond level guests will earn a $250 per person welcome home voucher and a Diamond Emerald Waterways backpack, satchel or sports bag. And EmeraldEXPLORER Platinum guests will earn a $300 per person welcome home voucher and a Platinum Emerald Waterways backpack, satchel, sports bag or cabin case.
Emerald Waterways cruise fares include all transfers; all port charges; all onboard (and some on-shore) meals; unlimited specialty tea and coffee, wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner; bottled water in the cabins replenished daily; continental breakfast, pre-dinner canapés and after-dinner sweet treats served in the top suites; complimentary Wi-Fi onboard the ship; most shore excursions as well as all onboard and excursion gratuities.
Emerald Waterways is part of Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours. The line operates 15 shipson the rivers of Europe, in Croatia, and in Southeast Asia on the Mekong and Irrawaddy. In August 2018, the line will introduce a discovery yacht, Scenic Eclipse. The 228-passenger vessel will operate in polar waters as well as the Mediterranean, Caribbean, the Americas and Europe. A sister ship will debut in 2020.
