Inaugural sailings for Carnival Cruise Line’s new ship Mardi Gras have gone on sale.
The ship will offer six to 15-day sailings in Europ and the Caribbean from summer 2020.
In Europe, itineraries include a nine-day maiden voyage from Copenhagen to Southampton August 31 to September 9, calling at Kiel (Hamburg), Gothenburg, Oslo, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge and Le Havre.
There will also be a 14-day trans-Atlantic crossing from Southampton to New York on September 9-23, with stops in the Canary Islands,Madeira and the Azores.
Later in September, a 15-day Carnival Journeys voyage will leave New York and arrive in Port Canaveral, Florida on October 15, positioning the vessel for year-round voyages to the Caribbean.
Eastern Caribbean cruises will visit San Juan, Amber Cove and Grand Turk while Western Caribbean sailings will stop in Cozumel, Costa Maya and Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan.
