Alpine French Ski School
Alpine French School has launched a new French Intensive Course during the winter season, along with GCSE and A-Level preparation courses during the school holiday periods, all based in Morzine, France.
The intensive courses have been introduced in order to provide more flexibility for skiers and snowboarders wishing to hit the slopes and combine their ski holiday or season with French lessons. The GCSE and A-Level courses are meeting the demand seen during the summer months for students preparing for their exams and these will be running over the February half-term weeks and Easter holiday period.

As well as organising courses, Alpine French School run packages that include residential stays in a variety of accommodation options including hotel, self-catering apartments (with other students) and local host families.
Helen Watts, founder of Alpine French School comments: “since we started offering ‘learn French and ski or snowboard’ courses they have steadily grown and now we have students staying for a week to a season. About Alpine French School
Alpine French School was originally set up in 2003 as Lost In Translation offering French courses to the local expat community and English courses to the local French community and then to people visiting the area on holiday wishing to study French. The school now welcomes international students to the Alps to learn French in the villages of Morzine and Les Gets.
The School offers a wide range of traditional French courses, including private French courses, intensive French courses and GCSE/A-level tuition as well as courses with sporting activities such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and climbing. Classes are taught in small groups of a maximum of 8 students using communicative, interactive methods.
The School also runs a popular French Summer Camp with day camp and residential options for 6-18 year olds to have fun and brush up on their French over the summer holidays.
