The buffet-style brunch at Spoto’s Oyster Bar will be swimming with choices. Fresh seafood offerings include chilled mussels diablo and Asian honey salmon. Breakfast lovers will swoon for hollandaise-drizzled eggs Benedict, cinnamon French toast, and made-to-order omelets. A carved pit ham with pineapple glaze graces the carving station, along with a juicy roast beef. Raw clams and oysters will also be available for purchase.
Spoto’s Easter brunch buffet is $39.95 per person, excluding beverage, tax, and tip. Children age 12 and younger can dine for $14.95. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; no lunch menu will be offered. Spoto’s is also featuring Easter dinner specials from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Begin your brunch at Vic & Angelo’s with bottomless Bloody Marys or mimosas ($13), then move on to the bountiful buffet. Breakfast items include a design-your-own omelet station, French toast, bacon, and hash browns. For lunch options, you can count on Italian classics like chicken penne, mini meatballs, mussels fra diavolo, and assorted sweets.

Prosecco Café is offering a basketful of fun this Easter! Children will be bouncing with excitement as the Easter Bunny hops among the tables delivering Easter eggs, and posing for photos. While the kids cozy up to the guest of honor, parents can raise a glass or two of bottomless Bloody Marys ($14). Brunch specials include the Sweet Bunny ($12), forkfuls of fluffy buttermilk waffles served with vanilla bean gelato, and the Brisket Beni’ ($12), a hearty brisket hash, topped with poached eggs and a Dijon hollandaise.
Brunch will be served at Prosecco Café from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Easter Bunny will visit with the kids between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Cooper just unveiled a new brunch menu. This Easter, make it your mission to taste some of the fresh flavors, including the “South of the Border” Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ($15) or the Sweet Chili Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps ($9). Brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday brunch is always buzzing at Rocco’s Tacos. Make your meal a fiesta with Huevos en Cazuela ($12.50). This sizzling skillet comes filled with sunny side up eggs on a bed of black beans and cheese, with your choice of meat. No trip to Rocco’s Tacos feels complete without an order of guacamole ($13) made tableside. Brunch hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
