Catered chalet specialist Ski Beat has added five new properties for the 2017-18 season.
Three are in the high altitude resort of Arc 1950, one in Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, and a further chalet in La Plagne, one of the top destinations for British skiers.
For the coming season Ski Beat has a choice of~over 50~chalets in France, in La Rosiere, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Meribel, La Tania, Tignes, La Plagne and Val Thorens.
Each chalet is hosted by an experienced chalet manager and, having responded to British skiers’ feedback for thirty years, home comforts include cooked breakfasts, with a menu choice that includes `real’ bacon, English tea, Heinz baked beans, marmalade and cereal, said the operator.
Afternoon tea is served daily, with home-made cakes baked by the chalet staff, and three-course evening meals include unlimited wine, six days out of seven.
Sales and marketing manager Laura Hazell said: “We put our emphasis on delivering what guests tell us that they want, including premium toiletries, comfort foods, premium wine packages, and of course, chalets in the best locations in the top resorts, with extensive skiing and good snow records.”
For families, the company has chalets with triple rooms, high tea for children 11 and under, and close to ski kindergartens and nursery slopes.
For groups, this season Ski Beat is offering one place free for every 10 booked, a saving up to £1,479.
