Based in the world class sporting venue of Quinta do Lago, in the heart of the Algarve, fitness camp weeks will operate on 16th June and 15th and 22nd September. No1 Algarve offers clients all the benefits of the tried and tested group fitness programmes improving not only physical performance but also mental stamina. Back at the hotel, The Magnolia Hotel’s head chef will be creating freshly prepared meals and snacks in line with No1’s bespoke nutrition menu.

Activities on offer typically include boxing, aerobic conditioning, hikes and beach circuits, as well as body toning and sculpting with weight lifting classes.
