Rules of the “Govora: Spa tourism at European level” Contest
The Romanian Broadcasting Corporation, headquartered in 60-64 General Berthelot Street, fiscal code RO8296093, organizes a prize winning contest titled “Govora: Spa tourism at European level”, through Radio Romania International (RRI).
The Organizer reserves the proper to improve the contest’s concept and format any moment it deems necessary, or even to discontinue the contest at any brief moment because of its duration, informing the general public of the noticeable changes before they enter into effect, by posting them on the site www.rri.ro, in addition to through announcements on air on Radio Romania International.
2. Running period
The contest runs between 1;– february 2019 28, mailing date, (namely 28 February 2019, 24:00 hours Romanian time, for online contributions), held in every of RRI’s broadcast languages.
3. Rights and conditions for participation
The contest is addressed to all or any people who are 18 years by the date of just one 1 December 2018. Individuals who don’t have the proper to be a part of the contest are employees, contractors of Partners, and relatives around the second amount of individuals working at, or collaborating with, the Romanian Broadcasting Corporation.
a) The contest runs between 1 December 2018- 28 February 2019, held in every of RRI’s broadcast languages.
b) One listener or user may win an individual prize.
c) The contest questions will undoubtedly be broadcast periodically on RRI, and posted on the RRI website, www.rri.ro, and on RRI social profiles (Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn).
d) Participants need to answer all questions in the contest on paper, at all: e-mail, on the addresses specified on the site of the Section to that your email address details are being sent, on the Section’s Facebook profile, by letter delivered to the address The Romanian Broadcasting Corporation, headquartered in. 60-64, General Berthelot Street, sector 1, Bucharest, PO Box 111, cod 010165, on the Google+ or LinkedIn profiles, or by fax, 00.40.21.319.05.62. We encourage participants to include what determined them to be a part of the competition, and just why they pay attention to RRI broadcasts or follow RRI on-line especially.
e) Answers sent by exactly the same listener or user to many RRI Sections will be taken into account only by the initial Section to that they were sent.
f) The prizes shall contain products promoting the Romanian culture, cult music and also the radio public service; the amount of money value of prizes can’t be claimed or be granted.
5. Validation of winners and reception of prizes
a) The listener or user who participates the contest is kindly asked to send to RRI, by e-mail or letter, their complete identification data and their mailing address (and home address, if different), to become able to get a possible prize.
b) Only correct and complete answers, sent promptly, qualify for obtaining a prize.
c) Prizes comprising objects will be sent by mail, postage paid by RRI, within the limit of funds allocated from the constant state budget, in the shortest time possible.
d) Upon reception of the prizes, winners cannot refuse or return the package, aside from objective reasons, justified on paper, to avoid generating additional charges for RRI. Returning or refusing the prize with out a clear justification, accepted on paper by RRI, results in see your face being excluded from the set of participants qualified to receive prizes at the next contest organized by RBC through RRI. e) Winners are kindly asked to see RRI on paper, at all, about receiving the prize and package contents, so as to verify the integrity of postal delivery.
By turning in answers for the contest, all participants agree and undertake the obligation to adhere to certain requirements and conditions imposed by the Organizer under these Rules.
7. Private data protection
In line with legislation in effect, the Organizer is obligated to create public the name of winners and set of prizes granted within this contest. The organizer is obligated to adhere to the provisions of the  also;General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 on the protectionof natural persons pertaining to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, stored throughout the contest. To this final end, the Organizer undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of private data of participants in this context. By firmly taking part in the contest and providing private data simply, the participants agree for that data to be entered in to the Organizer’s database. Upon specific written request by the participants, the Organizer shall not use private data upon ending of the contest.
8. Force majeure
In the knowledge of these Rules, force majeure means any event that can’t be controlled, foreseen or remedied by the Organizer, plus they are created by whose occurrence struggling to fulfill obligations beneath the Rules, including, however, not limited by: war, fires, flooding, labor blockades and strikes, earthquakes, powerful storms, other catastrophes of any type or kind. In case a force majeure situation prevents totally or partially the nice running of the contest relative to the conditions organized in these Rules, the Organizer will be exempt of responsibility throughout the potent force majeure.
Any possible litigation between your participants and Organizer in the contest will be settled amicably. If amicable settlement is impossible, the litigation will be referred for settlement to the competent courts in Bucharest.
10. Publication of the Rules
The Rules of the contest will be published on the www.rri.ro website and on RRI’s Facebook profiles. The reference version will be the version in the English language.
